Sometimes you may need to make changes before posting an invoice.

Follow these steps. 

  1. Select Selling > Invoices.

2. Find the draft invoice, then select Actions > Edit.

3. Make changes to individual rows as necessary by typing directly in the row. If you need to remove a row, right-click on the row and select Remove Row.

4. When you are finished, select the Wrench icon > Done.

5. When you are ready to post, select Edit > Save
