Learn when and how to reload products on the POS.
Reload your products whenever you make a change that also needs to be updated immediately at the cash register.
NOTE! Reloading the products requires an active internet connection and may take several minutes to complete. During this time, you may not be able to process transactions if the products you are selling are not yet downloaded from GlobalTill.
- Select the Product List on the side navigation.
2. Tap or click on the Reload Products button.
3. Wait a few minutes for your product to reload.
