Does your customer order show it's loading products, but they never come up? Be sure you are using a Chrome browser and follow these steps.

  1. Open up the order

  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.

3. When the developer tools appear, select the Application tab from the top of the window.

4. On the left-hand side select Clear storage.

5. Press the Clear site data button.

6. Close the developer tools and refresh the page.
